Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in India is seeking a Digital Design Engineer with hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, and GLS. You will understand the DFT architecture of the design and provide scan insertion collaterals to the implementation team to enable scan insertion flows during synthesis.

You should be proficient with Mentor Tessent, Synopsys DFT Compiler, and Cadence Encounter Test, and contribute to ATPG at partition and SoC level.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG and GLS.
• Proficient with industry-standard DFT tools (Mentor Tessent, Synopsys DFT Compiler, Cadence Encounter Test).
• Experience with ATPG at partition and SoC level.
• Familiarity with IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG) and IEEE 1687 (IJTAG).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Apply DFT GLS simulation techniques, fault modeling and coverage analysis.

Job description
