Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for full-time work in India. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs, manage governance, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and business sponsors.

The role requires extensive experience in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership across parallel streams. You will drive UAT, release readiness, and post-go-live benefits measurement in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and escalation.
• Experience with risk, issue and change management in complex programs.
• Strong delivery governance, including RAID, tracking and reporting.
• Fluency with APIs, cloud platforms, AI or data-driven initiatives.
• 10+ years in technology delivery including leadership of 10+ member teams.
• Track record delivering fixed-price, multi-stream programs in large enterprises.
• Consulting or professional services background with direct client ownership.
• Experience in contact centre, CX, conversational AI or automation initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise procurement and contingent worker controls.
• Delivery certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan, sprint cadence, milestones and dependency map across parallel workstreams.
• Lead delivery governance: weekly status, steering committee updates, the RAID log and financial tracking.
• Manage scope against the contractual baseline and negotiate changes when needed.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, AI/conversation designers, analysts and QA.
• Escape client dependencies early by clearing blockers and obtaining sign-offs.
• Build relationships with client sponsors, product and system owners.
• Plan and run UAT, defect triage, release readiness and go-live activities.
• Define acceptance criteria and tie milestone sign-off to them.
• Agree how benefits will be measured post go-live with the client.
• Ensure onboarding, access and security requirements are met.

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery plan, sprint cadence, milestones and dependency map across parallel workstreams
• Run delivery governance: weekly status, steering committee updates, the RAID log and financial tracking
• Manage scope against the contractual baseline, and raise and negotiate change requests when work moves outside it
• Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, AI and conversation designers, business analysts and QA, including planning when people join and roll off
• Chase and escape client dependencies such as system access, environments, data and sign-offs, and clear blockers early
• Build and maintain relationships with client sponsors, product owners and system owners
• Plan and run user acceptance testing, defect triage, release readiness, go-live and hypercare
• Agree acceptance criteria upfront and tie milestone sign-off to them
• Set up how benefits will be measured after go-live, in agreement with the client
• Make sure the team meets client onboarding, access and security requirements, including leaver and access audits

Requirements:

• Agile delivery across workstreams that move at different speeds, such as platform build and product or conversation design
• Programme planning across parallel streams, including critical path and dependency management
• Executive stakeholder management and clear, early escalation
• Risk, issue and change management
• Test and release management, including UAT planning and go/no-go decisions
• Enough technical fluency in APIs, cloud and AI or data platforms to challenge estimates and understand why a dependency matters
• 10 or more years in technology delivery, including 5 or more years leading programmes with teams of 10 or more
• A track record of delivering fixed-price, multi-stream programmes in large, matrixed enterprises
• Consulting or professional services background with direct client ownership
• Experience on contact centre, customer experience, conversational AI or automation programmes
• Experience working with enterprise procurement and contingent worker controls
• Delivery certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Scrum Master
