Ciklum is hiring a Senior Agentic Engineer to help evolve a no-code PoC into a production-grade AI-powered platform in India. You’ll join a cross-functional team to build and deploy autonomous agents for trading insights, integrating Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.

The 12-week engagement focuses on production-grade Python services, testing, HITL routing, and robust orchestration. Collaboration with a global team is essential for success.

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Agentic Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Project is a 12-week initiative (due to start Mon 26 Oct) to evolve an existing no-code Trading Intelligence Proof-of-Concept (PoC) into a production-grade, AI-powered commercial optimisation platform. The solution unifies sales, competitor, pricing, advertising, and inventory data into a canonical "SKU Commercial Twin" (initially for Amazon SKUs only) and uses multi-agent AI automation to recommend governed, margin-safe trading actions.

Responsibilities:

• Industrialise the no-code PoC into production Python services on Azure
• Build and tune the specialist agents
• Implement prompt logic, tool-calling, RAG and orchestration loops
• Develop HITL recommendation routing & workflows
• Own quality end to end - automated tests written alongside the code (embedded QA as no separate QA resource on this engagement)
• Writing LLM evals as part of building

Requirements:

• Hands-on Azure AI Foundry (Agent Service, prompt flow, evaluation SDK) and Azure OpenAI
• Multi-agent orchestration in code
• RAG and retrieval over Azure AI Search
• LLM testing and evaluation as a core skill (non negotiable)
• Pytest and CI-integrated testing; mocking external APIs+ data feeds
• Ecommerce or pricing domain exposure an advantage
