Job summary

Ciklum in India is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership while designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, Docker and Kafka.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering quality and CI/CD practices, participate in technical hiring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cloud-native solutions that scale with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Coach/supervise middle/junior engineers by project demand.

Ciklum is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to provide hands‑on technical leadership while designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, Docker, and Kafka, along with solid experience in software architecture, engineering best practices, CI/CD, and cloud‑native application development.

In this role, you will contribute to architectural decisions, drive engineering and quality standards, mentor engineers, collaborate with DevOps and cross‑functional teams, and actively participate in technical hiring and interviews.
