Ciklum in India is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer for a full-time, 12-week project to evolve a no-code Trading Intelligence PoC into a production-grade AI-powered platform. You will join a cross-functional team to design and implement multi-agent automation for SKU Commercial Twin, initially for Amazon SKUs, with end-to-end testing and HITL workflows.

The role focuses on Azure-based services, agent orchestration, and evaluating LLMs, leveraging CI pipelines and secure data feeds.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure AI Foundry (Agent Service, prompt flow, evaluation SDK) and Azure OpenAI
• Multi-agent orchestration in code
• RAG and retrieval over Azure AI Search
• LLM testing and evaluation as a core skill (non negotiable)
• Pytest and CI-integrated testing; mocking external APIs+ data feeds
• Ecommerce or pricing domain exposure an advantage

Responsibilities

• Industrialise the no-code PoC into production Python services on Azure
• Build and tune the specialist agents
• Implement prompt logic, tool-calling, RAG and orchestration loops
• Develop HITL recommendation routing & workflows
• Own quality end to end - automated tests written alongside the code (embedded QA as no separate QA resource on this engagement)
• Writing LLM evals as part of building

About the role:

As a Senior Agentic Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Project is a 12-week initiative (due to start Mon 26 Oct) to evolve an existing no-code Trading Intelligence Proof-of-Concept (PoC) into a production-grade, AI-powered commercial optimisation platform. The solution unifies sales, competitor, pricing, advertising, and inventory data into a canonical "SKU Commercial Twin" (initially for Amazon SKUs only) and uses multi-agent AI automation to recommend governed, margin-safe trading actions.
