This is a full-time role with responsibilities spread between end user support and technical development of overall Medallia and Snaplogic platform supporting Schneider’s Customer Voice program. The person should be excellent in communication, stakeholder management and should have previous experience working with external vendors as well as implementation of SaaS solutions within a global company

• Lead the L2 Support and coordination for all end users requests
• Partner with business on the CX community to help adoption and growth of Medallia platform within Schneider
