Schneider Electric in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a senior software professional with 9+ years of experience to design and implement cloud-native, web and microservices architectures. You will work on data pipelines, data lake/Lakehouse design, and governance, using Azure and Databricks to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with regional sales and customer teams, communicate complex ideas in business terms, and drive DevOps practices, CI/CD, and agile delivery across projects.

• 9+ Years of experience in Software Development
• Solid understanding of solution and application architecture, including web, cloud-native, and microservices
• Strong understanding of data architecture: data lake/lakehouse/warehouse design, data modelling, data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery
• Preferred: ML fundamentals, model training, and model deployment
• Plus: Databricks and Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake)
• Strong stakeholder management with regional, sales, and customer teams
• Can explain complex technical ideas in simple business terms
• Structured problem-solving and sound decision-making
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different kinds of assignments
• Confident presenter with a consultative, solution-focused approach

Technical Skills

• 9+ Years of experience in Software Development
• Strong hands-on development background in languages such as C#/.NET, Python, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of solution and application architecture, including web, cloud-native, and microservices
• Strong understanding of data architecture: data lake/lakehouse/warehouse design, data modelling, data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Data engineering experience: data pipelines, data modelling, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery
• Preferred: ML fundamentals, model training, and model deployment
• Plus: Databricks and Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake)
• Strong stakeholder management with regional, sales, and customer teams
