Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Mumbai seeks an experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to join a 24x7 environment and manage critical facility infrastructure. You will monitor MEP systems, optimize uptime, and lead incident resolution in a high-availability data center.

The role requires 5–8 years in Facilities/DC operations, 1–2 years in DC environments, and strong troubleshooting and coordination skills. Diploma/Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Facilities/Data Center Operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Data Center experience.
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and facility management systems.
• Experience in mission-critical environments with high reliability requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain critical facility infrastructure including MEP systems within a Data Center environment.
• Ensure optimal performance of mission-critical systems such as HVAC, CRAC/CRAH, PDU, and life safety systems.
• Analyze operational performance and implement preventive and proactive maintenance strategies.
• Drive facility reliability, efficiency, and uptime through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead emergency response activities, ensuring rapid incident resolution.
• Support planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new facility infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Are you passionate about managing mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted operations in a high-availability environment? We are looking for an experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to join our growing team in Mumbai.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain critical facility infrastructure including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems within a Data Center environment.
• Ensure optimal performance of mission-critical systems such as:
• HVAC Systems
• CRAC/CRAH Units
• Power Distribution Units (PDU)
• Life Safety Systems
• Analyze operational performance and recommend preventive and proactive maintenance strategies.
• Drive facility reliability, efficiency, and uptime through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
