Overview of the Role

The Lead Consultant (Product/Domain) will serve as a Scrum Master, guiding Agile teams in the adoption and optimization of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to deliver high-value products and solutions. This role is critical in championing Agile values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building autonomous, resilient teams. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving impactful results for HCLTech and its clients.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Demonstrated mastery of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within product development and management.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and complete vehicle knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in plastic engineering or CAB engineering is advantageous.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
