Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and support ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions.
• Work across hardware, software asset, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Configure asset models, contracts, entitlements, and lifecycle workflows.
• Support software asset management including discovery, licensing, compliance, and reconciliation.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations.
• Maintain integrations with procurement, inventory, discovery, and endpoint systems.
• Analyze data quality, resolve lifecycle issues, and translate requirements into scalable ITAM solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and production support; prepare technical documentation.

Job Description – ServiceNow ITAM Developer

Required Experience 6–8 Years Of Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with strong knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration. The role will support asset lifecycle management and ITAM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions.
• Work across hardware asset, software asset, and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Configure asset models, model categories, asset classes, contracts, entitlements, and lifecycle workflows.
• Support software asset management processes including software discovery, normalization, licensing, compliance, and reconciliation.
• Develop and configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, notifications, and integrations.
• Support integrations with procurement, inventory, discovery, endpoint management, and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze and resolve asset data quality and lifecycle issues.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITAM.
• Good understanding of Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle, contracts, entitlements, software licensing, normalization, and reconciliation.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of CMDB and its relationship with ITAM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
