Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS lead to drive end-to-end implementations and optimize learning programs. You will configure LMS elements, manage data migrations, and collaborate with HR, Compliance, and business teams to define training strategies.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, integrations with Employee Central and third-party content, and delivering actionable LMS reports. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to learning and training processes.
• Configure and maintain: Learning Items Curricula Programs Assignments Learning Paths Classes and Schedules User Groups Domains and Security Roles Libraries and Categories
• Configure automatic assignment profiles and learning recommendations.
• Manage instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and online learning programs.
• Support certification and compliance training requirements.
• Work closely with HR, Training, Compliance, and Business teams to define learning strategies.
• Configure LMS workflows and notifications.
• Support integrations between LMS and: Employee Central Platform Virtual Learning Systems Third-party content providers
• Coordinate LMS data migration activities and validation.
• Support SSO and authentication configurations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain LMS reports.
• Create custom reports using: Plateau Reports Story reports People Analytics Canvas Reports
• Analyze learning completion metrics and compliance reports.
