Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in lead commercial roles.
• Experience in data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for data center projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project opportunities.
• Lead contract administration, variation management, claims, and dispute avoidance.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement strategies and subcontract management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve commercial documentation, contractual notices, and project financial controls.
• Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Construction Teams, Planning Teams, and Finance functions.
• Mentor and lead commercial team members to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Lead Commercial professional with 18+ years of experience to join our Data Centre project in Hyderabad, India.

This is a critical leadership role requiring a commercially astute individual who can confidently engage with clients while effectively managing and influencing the supply chain to maximize commercial opportunities, drive cost efficiencies, and support overall business objectives.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of taking ownership, anticipating challenges, and making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
