Clearwater Analytics India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Lead Client Servicing Associate to manage FIX connectivity setup for new and existing clients, including OEMS topics, certifications, migrations, and broker connections.

The role requires hands-on FIX protocol experience, XML file configuration, and strong client services skills, with ability to work across APAC/EMEA/US shifts and deliver timely project status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ experience with FIX Protocol to manage client onboarding and liaise with global teams.
• In-depth knowledge of FIX Protocol and experience with client-facing and production support activities.
• Experience reading and configuring XML files including algo definition language.
• Knowledge of asset classes such as Equities and Listed Derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of the trade life cycle of various instruments and products.
• Strong client services skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Flexible to work in APAC, EMEA, and US shifts.
• Senior level experience in similar roles.

Lead Client Servicing Associate- ( FIX Connectivity )

The Role: The FIX Operations position is responsible for the setup of FIX connections for new and existing clients such as Dropcopy Connections, Certification of Broker, Algo Connections, Algo Migrations and Broker Connection Decommissions requests. This position will also provide support for existing clients on issues related to these connections.

What You’ll Do

• Create and perform training demos for both internal and external parties for OEMS topics and inquiries

What You’ll Need

• 2+ Experience with FIX Protocol is a MUST to manage the FIX client onboarding process, liaise with global business and technology teams.
• In-depth knowledge of FIX Protocol and experience with client-facing and production support activities
• Experience in reading and configuring xml files which include algo definition language.
