Fidel Softech Ltd. (Under FIXSOL Business Unit) is currently seeking a FIX Analyst/ FIX Connectivity Engineer. This is a key position, working with multiple groups: the front-office business, development, QA, BA groups and Production support. This position involves: requirement analysis and capture, working closely with the business users and other technology teams to define solutions. Implementing these solutions using FIX connectivity platform of the client. We are fast growing ISO certified company in Pune, with a strong presence in IT and IT enabled services across various domains.

Objectives and responsibilities: Key Skills and Experience required:

• Work within a global team of experienced FIX Engineers to establish and maintain connectivity from external clients to Clients FIX gateways.
• Communicate effectively with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and production support teams.
• Use technical skills to ensure business requirements are understood at all levels of delivery.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support, and technical business users.
• Establish strong working relationships across different technology areas (QA, Support, etc.).
• New client connectivity onboarding and certification
• Migrating existing connectivity from legacy platform to new as required
• 2nd line support for all FIX issues and Client Connectivity related
• Client onboarding for Equity, Derivative and Rates businesses

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Solid relevant experience in FIX Engineering or systems analysis role
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in FIX Protocol
• Familiar with networking fundamentals
• Good understanding of electronic trading and financial markets
• Experience in FIX client onboarding and certification projects
• Knowledge of Third Party Networks and EMS/OMS software vendors.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Prior experience with Aegis Client Simulator or other FIX testing/certification tools
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, SQL and XML
