Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech and related discipline required or equivalent.
• M.Tech/MS/PhD in Battery Technology or related field preferred.
• Industry-level knowledge in electrochemistry and energy storage is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of next-generation battery technologies and cell architectures.
• Evaluate advanced cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and binder materials.
• Drive innovation in high-energy-density and high-power battery cells.
• Lead research on solid-state batteries, sodium-ion batteries, silicon-anode, and next-generation chemistries.

Education
