Job summary

Adani Group in India is seeking a Battery Cell Development Engineer to lead the development of lithium-ion battery cells for EV and energy storage systems.

You will define cell architecture, chemistry selection, and performance targets, and optimize cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and cell configuration to improve energy density, cycle life, safety, and cost. This role is based in Gujarat and involves hands-on R&D leadership in a fast-evolving energy tech domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master's in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, or related disciplines.
• PhD in Electrochemistry or Battery Technology preferred.
