Job summary

Adani Group in India is hiring a Battery Research Engineer to design and develop lithium-ion cells for energy storage and electric vehicles. You will optimize cell architecture, electrode design, and material selection to push energy density, power, cycle life, and safety.

You'll collaborate with R&D, process engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams for scale-up, analyze cell performance through testing and failure analysis, and support technology transfer to manufacturing while ensuring

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science or related field.
• Experience in lithium-ion battery cells and energy storage or EV applications.
• Strong knowledge of electrode design, material selection, and safety standards.
• Ability to perform electrochemical modeling and performance analysis.
