Adani Capital Pvt Ltd seeks a lead technology leader to define and execute a long-term roadmap for battery cell and energy storage technologies. You will drive R&D in next-gen chemistries and establish collaborations with research institutes and global partners.

The role oversees cell tech development (Cylindrical, Prismatic, Pouch) and guides material selection, electrode design, electrolyte optimization, and performance benchmarks for density, life, safety, and cost.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Master's degree (M.Tech/MS) preferred.
• PhD in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Energy Storage, or Battery Technology is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for battery cells and energy storage solutions.
• Identify emerging battery technologies, materials, and manufacturing innovations.
• Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation lithium-ion and advanced battery chemistries.
• Establish technology partnerships with research institutes, universities, and global technology providers.
• Lead intellectual property development, patents, and technology differentiation initiatives.
• Oversee development of Cylindrical, Prismatic, and Pouch Cell technologies.
• Guide cell chemistry selection, electrode design, electrolyte optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Establish performance benchmarks for energy density, cycle life, safety, and cost.
• Drive technology transfer from laboratory development to commercial-scale manufacturing.

Formação académica

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

M.Tech/MS preferred.

PhD in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Energy Storage, or Battery Technology is highly desirable.
