Job summary

EPAM Systems in Pune, India seeks a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to own product strategy and drive execution for platform capabilities within the payments ecosystem. • Own the product vision, roadmap, and Backlog for platform capabilities in payments.
• Define, prioritize, and manage features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover needs, market opportunities, and enhancements.
• Drive requirements, acceptance tests, and trade-off decisions across teams.
• Guide teams in Agile/SAFe practices and run backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations.
