Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Azure data platforms, ADLS, Databricks, and SQL.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and data lake/lakehouse concepts.
• Experience in data quality, governance, metadata, and data validation.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and data specifications.
• Work with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks, and SQL.
• Define data models, data flows, ingestion, and transformation requirements.
• Establish data quality rules, validation checks, metadata, and governance requirements.
• Define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and business reporting requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and technical teams.
• Support Agile delivery, UAT, and end-to-end requirements traceability.
