Weekday AI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst for Bengaluru to bridge business stakeholders and the data engineering teams on Azure data platforms.

You will gather requirements, translate them into data specifications, define data models and pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and support BI reporting and UAT in an Agile environment using ADLS, Databricks, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Azure data platforms, ADLS, Databricks, and SQL.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and data lake/lakehouse concepts.
• Experience in data quality, governance, metadata, and data validation.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.

Responsabilités
