Job summary

Société Générale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks a functional analyst to understand user expectations, develop functional requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will train developers on functional concepts, certify product releases, and drive Agile practices.

You will act as the SPOC for business requirements, raise risks, and enhance product quality through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Train developers on functional concepts and resolve functional problems.
• Act as SPOC for business requirements and represent end users.
• Lead and conduct functional testing to certify product releases.
• Apply Agile practices and set priorities per iteration goals.

• Encourage best practices and apply them in the team - responsible for functional product quality.
• Understand Agile practices and follow the same.
• Set priority on work product as per the agreed iteration goals.
• Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices.
