Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a seasoned firewall specialist to manage and optimize Fortigate and Checkpoint environments. The role requires 5–6 years of firewall experience, with at least 3 years handling complex configurations and policy reviews.

Responsibilities include auditing rules, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with Network and Security teams to implement changes. ITIL knowledge and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on firewall experience with Fortigate and Checkpoint.
• 5/6 years of experience with at least 3 years in firewall handling.
• Familiarity with routing and switching for end-to-end route checks.
• Experience with firewall administration and orchestration tools such as Tufin.
• Regularly auditing and reviewing firewall rules to align with policy.
• Maintain documentation of firewall configuration changes for audits.
