Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks a Techno-Functional Analyst to drive ERP application development and maintenance for the MILES core system, managing configurations with minimal regressions.

You will handle change requests end-to-end, collaborate with business users and cross-location teams, and provide functional support across deployments. Strong communication and testing skills are required, with day and afternoon shifts available.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Experience in database queries and procedures.
• Experience in application support on functional issues.
• Clear understanding of SDLC and process oriented.
• Configuration experience in ERP product.
• Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plans and functional test cases.
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
• Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to maintain delivery.
• Willing to work in day and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

ERP Application Development & Maintenance (Core System i.e. MILES) – Bringing solutions for the business requirements by implementing / modifying the Configurations with no regressions.

Reference 25000NMF

Responsibility to manage the Change Request by following end-to-end software development life cycle and collaborating with business users & other colleagues for the deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 4 – 6 years of experience as a Techno Functional Analyst


• Experience in Database Queries and Procedures


• Have experience in Application Support on the Functional issues.


• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.


• Configuration experience in ERP product


• Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage.


• Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.


• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.


• Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.


• Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.


• Willing to work primarily in Functional Support and also in Change Requests.


• Willing to work in different shifts day shift, afternoon shift.
