Job summary

Lykora Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8-12 years of expertise in the Insurance domain and hands-on GenAI experience. The role involves eliciting requirements, shaping BRDs/FRDs, and aligning stakeholders across architecture, development, and QA teams.

You will drive process improvements, map AS-IS/TO-BE, support API integrations, and manage the backlog within an Agile environment, ensuring quality UAT and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Mandatory: Experience in the Insurance domain (Life or General Insurance).
• Mandatory: Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and UAT.
• Experience with BPMN, process modelling, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Preferred: Enterprise Architecture, Value Stream Mapping, Snowflake/Databricks, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSPO, or similar BA certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, BPMN, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
• Support API integration discussions and system design.
• Manage product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support sprint planning.
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production readiness.
• Define and document GenAI/AI use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
