Job summary

Iris Software invites an experienced Business Analyst to Noida to shape enterprise requirements and drive value across financial services domains. You will own and govern requirements, align initiatives with business goals, and mentor teams through BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, delivering clear documentation and measurable outcomes.

With 8–10 years of experience, you will lead analysis across programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Experience with business analysis methodologies and governance.
• Proven ability to manage BRDs/FRDs and Agile Epics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in financial services contexts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy aligned with organizational objectives.


• Establish business analysis frameworks, requirement governance standards, and best practices across teams.


• Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformation efforts.


• Define enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management.


• Establish governance frameworks for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.


• Drive business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives across programs and portfolios.


• Lead requirement reviews, governance discussions, and business solution assessment activities.

• Define governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools across programs to improve requirement engineering, documentation quality, productivity, and delivery effectiveness while ensuring compliance, data security, and business accountability.
