Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish business analysis frameworks, requirement governance standards, and best practices across teams.
• Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories, and business process transformation efforts.
• Define enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, validation, and change management.
• Establish governance frameworks for backlog management, requirement prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives across programs and portfolios.
• Lead requirement reviews, governance discussions, and business solution assessment activities.
• Define standards for business analysis deliverables, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Guide teams on requirements engineering, Agile analysis practices, business process modeling, and solution evaluation.
• Identify requirement-related risks, gaps, dependencies, and business challenges while defining mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align business initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on business analysis maturity, requirement quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivery effectiveness.
• Establish best practices for requirement governance, business analysis standards, and organizational capability development.
• Define governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools across programs to improve requirement engineering, documentation quality, productivity, and delivery effectiveness while ensuring compliance, data security, and business accountability.
• Demonstrates leadership and accountability in driving business analysis excellence across programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Promotes a culture of business partnership, quality, continuous improvement, and stakeholder focus.
• Applies strategic thinking to address business challenges, requirement risks, and organizational priorities.
