Qualifications

• 8-10 years of business analysis experience is required.
• Location is Gurugram; on-site work expected.
• Proven ability to lead BRD creation and governance.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and user story writing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategy.
• Establish business analysis frameworks, governance standards, and best practices across teams.
• Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives involving BRDs, FRDs, Epics and user stories.
• Define enterprise standards for documentation, traceability, validation and change management.
• Establish governance for backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive business process improvement and maturity initiatives across programs.
• Lead reviews, governance discussions, and solution assessment activities.
• Define standards for deliverables, documentation quality and stakeholder communication.
• Guide teams on requirements engineering, Agile analysis, process modelling and solution evaluation.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies while defining mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with various teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
