Job summary

You will own and evolve microservice ecosystems, drive API-driven design, and mentor cross-functional teams while partnering with enterprise architects and leadership. This is a remote-hybrid? role with strong growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Java microservices architectures and API design.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and middleware integration.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Java 17+, Hibernate and JPA.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-level architecture for Java applications ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead strategic technical decisions on modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines.
• Lead engineering teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Conduct architecture reviews and modernization initiatives for future-ready platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with strategy.
• Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization.
• Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies for long-term stability.
