Job summary

Iris Software Inc. in Uttar Pradesh (Dadri) invites a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with business users, gather and groom requirements, and deliver clear, testable functionality for capital markets projects.

The role emphasizes FRD creation, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, guiding UAT, and bridging business and development teams. Preference for IIBA certification and strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and Finance domains.
• Experience in Model Risk and Operational Risk areas.
• Experience in working in Agile model and should be able to take up the role of SM as well.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of SQL – ability to write complex queries and analyze data from DB tables.
• Certifications (Preferred): IIBA - Certified Business Analysis Professional

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and groom requirements.
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and other supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain user stories with clearly defined functional acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to provide clarifications and resolve requirement-related queries.
• Interact effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate project updates or blockers in a timely manner.
• Should be able to work as SM in Agile model.

Job Description

Key Qualifications:
