Job summary

WNS is hiring for Lead Associate - Transactional Quality in Pune to support AP/PTP/P2P and invoice processing workflows.

The role requires commerce background, strong data skills, and the ability to mentor teams while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate or PG with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and team orientation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with basic data analysis capability.
• Prior experience in TQ/BS/QA management, RCA, reporting, and stakeholder management is preferred.
• Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and ensure accuracy.
• Adherence to SLAs and risk-compliant processes with focus on reducing errors.
