Job summary

Nexdigm in Pune, India is seeking a Lead Associate – Finance & Accounts (Accounts Receivable). The role requires strong knowledge of AR processes, O2C cycle, and hands-on ERP experience.

The candidate should have a B.Com/M.Com/MBA with 4–6 years in AR, and be comfortable working in Excel and ERP systems, while delivering service excellence in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA degree with 4–6 years in Accounts Receivable
• Experience in Order to Cash cycle: sales order, customer master, cash application, debt collection, credit notes
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Tally)
• Team player with initiative and focus on service

Responsibilities

• Handle complete Accounts Receivable processes and transaction postings
• Manage order to cash activities including sales orders, customer master, cash application, and collections
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure timely month-end close
• Leverage ERP tools to improve efficiencies and accuracy

JOB DESCRIPTION – LEAD ASSOCIATE – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE)

• Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
• Understanding of concepts of accounts receivable and the complete cycle of Order to cash
• Understanding about the various aspects of Accounts Receivable process for e.g.:- Sales order processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit notes etc.
• Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working on any ERP e.g. Oracle, SAP, Tally etc.

Working Model:

Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

• Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.
