Job summary

Nexdigm (SKP) invites candidates to a Walk-in Drive for the role of Lead Associate (Accounts Receivable) at our Pune office. The event is scheduled on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The position requires strong accounts receivable experience and end-to-end O2C knowledge, with leadership exposure, and will be on a work-from-office model with a general shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates should have a B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA/ICWA background with 8–10 years in Indian

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings: General Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvising technology to suit the organizations needs.
• B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA/ICWA degree along with prior exposure of 8 - 10 years in managing Indian accounting process.
• A flair for leading a team and bringing about the best in people (minimum 1 years prior experience in a managerial role)
• The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
• An ability to understand the organizations goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations.
