JOB DESCRIPTION – LEAD ASSOCIATE – MORTGAGE LENDING

Overview

Responsibilities include experience in underwriting, appraisal, asset management, servicing, portfolio management, financial modelling or securitization; knowledge of using third party reports, loan documents and analyzing borrower’s financial statement; experience of leading a team of 5+ members; hands-on experience of client management and stakeholder management.

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings

Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

• Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.
