Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Lead Associate – Finance & Accounts (Accounts Receivable) in Pune. The role focuses on AR processing, customer master maintenance, and cash applications within the Order to Cash cycle.

You will work with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Tally, handling debt collection and related activities, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR processes and cycle management.
• Exposure to order to cash activities including cash application and debt collection.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP/Tally.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR transactions and maintain accuracy of data in ERP systems.
• Process sales orders, maintain customer master data and issue credit notes.
• Assist in end-to-end Order to Cash cycle and cash application.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collections.

JOB DESCRIPTION – LEAD ASSOCIATE – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE)

• Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
• Understanding of concepts of accounts receivable and the complete cycle of Order to cash
• Understanding about the various aspects of Accounts Receivable process for e.g.:- Sales order processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit notes etc.
• Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working on any ERP e.g. Oracle, SAP, Tally etc.

Working Model:

Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

• Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.
