Job summary

Nexdigm is hiring a Lead Associate – Accounting in Gurugram to manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensure GST and TDS compliance, and support client engagements with accurate financial reporting. The role involves GL maintenance, bank reconciliations, prepaid and provisions, and collaboration across intra- and inter-team units.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IGAAP/GAAP, depreciation, forex handling, tax compliance, and MIS preparation, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness,

• Proficient in GST and TDS compliance with accurate vendor and sales accounting.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
• Knowledge of IGAAP/GAAP accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in MIS reporting and preparation of schedules for FS and Tax Audit.
