Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India in Gurugram is seeking a Lead Associate Accounting with 3–6 years of experience to handle accounting, TDS and GST compliance, and MIS reporting for a globally oriented services firm.

You will manage GL accounting, bank reconciliations, and vendor invoices, while coordinating with clients and internal teams. This role offers exposure to international clients and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of accounting, taxation, and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IGAAP, accounting principles, TDS, and GST.
• Hands-on MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Good understanding of audits, provisions, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in handling client queries and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting for sales, purchases, and vendor invoices with TDS & GST compliance.
• Monitor bank and cash transactions, including Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Handle employee expense accounting and perquisite calculations.
• Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting as per IGAAP and standard principles.
• Work on prepaid expenses, provisions, depreciation, and forex accounting.
• Ensure timely TDS, GST filings, and advance tax computations.
