Job summary

ANTS Digital in Gurgaon is seeking an Accounts & Compliance Officer to handle core accounting tasks including GL, payables, receivables, and payroll. The role requires strong GST/TDS knowledge and 4 years of relevant experience with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will prepare financial statements, reconcile data, and support budgeting, audits, and decision-making through analytics. The position is full-time and based in Gurgaon, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4 years of experience in accounting or finance (ideal).
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and GST/TDS.
• Proficiency with Tally, QuickBooks and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial data.
• Monitor financial performance, variances, and trends.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance; file periodic tax returns.

Accounts & Compliance Officer

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience, and be familiar with preparing financial reports, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Tally, payroll and reconciling invoices. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other financial documents
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial data
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, variances, and trends
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST and TDS
• Prepare and file periodic tax returns and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

• Proficiency with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Tally
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
