Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end reinsurance and broking operations, including system setup, sanctions checks, submissions, and facultative/treaty contract administration. You will handle post-bind activities, calculate and book reinsurance premiums and bordereaux, and perform variance analysis while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Leadership in daily operations and training initiatives will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end reinsurance and broking operations.
• Knowledge of sanctions checks, submissions, and facultative/treaty contract administration.
• Experience with calculation and booking of reinsurance premiums and bordereaux.
• Ability to perform variance analysis and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Leadership of daily operations and implementation of Lean process improvements.
• Experience with Bureau systems and LPAN creation is an added advantage.

• Manage end‑to‑end reinsurance and Broking Operations including system setup, sanctions checks, submissions, and facultative/treaty contract administration.

Handle post‑bind activities such as cancellations, endorsements, and accurate calculation and booking of reinsurance premiums and bordereaux.

• Calculate and record contractual obligations including profit commission, premium adjustments, and no‑claims bonuses, ensuring compliance with quarterly and annual instructions.
• Perform variance analysis of actual results against expectations and prior periods, while maintaining regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead teams through daily operations, query resolution, Lean process improvements, and structured training initiatives to enhance controls and performance.
• Experience on Bureau systems and LPAN creation knowledge will be an added advantage.
