Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a seasoned professional for Reinsurance Operations with 5+ years in commerce-related fields. The role emphasizes handling treaty/fac setups, cession calculations, and billing to brokers and reinsurers.

The candidate will manage recoverables, perform reconciliations, and support regulatory and management reporting. Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of London Market reinsurance are desirable. This is an on-site role based in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or PG in Commerce with 5+ years in reinsurance operations or accounting
• Client management experience
• Proficient in MS Excel (IF functions, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT, INDEXMATCH) and PowerPoint
• Desirable - Certification in P&C Insurance
• Knowledge of London Market reinsurance preferred

Responsibilities

• Handling reinsurance contracts- Treaty, FAC set-up

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate in Commerce with overall 5+ years of experience for AM 2+ years of experience in the field of Reinsurance operations or accounting for AM and
