Overview

The Project Architect will lead the design and construction phases of various architectural projects. This role involves coordinating with management, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and strictly follow design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Oversee the creation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Review and approve design modifications during construction.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, interiors, and construction management teams.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with the design intent.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary.
• Review and approve construction-related documents and shop drawings.

Qualifications
