Job summary

Sdna Global is seeking an experienced Senior Android AOSP Developer SELinux for Bangalore. You will work on Android Framework, AOSP, system services, and SELinux/SEPolicy, debugging complex system-level issues across the stack.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in Android AOSP, strong Java, C/C++, and knowledge of automotive cybersecurity. Experience with CTS, VTS, STS and Android Build System is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience working with Android Framework, AOSP, system services, and Android internals.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting across the Android stack, from bootloader/kernel to application layer.
• Expert-level knowledge of SELinux architecture, SELinux domains, SEPolicy, policy violations, and cross-domain issues.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving CTS, VTS, and STS failures.
• Hands-on experience with Android platform configuration and build systems, including BoardConfig.mk, build variables, and build parameters.
• Strong programming skills in Java with excellent knowledge of OOP and design patterns.
• Good knowledge of C/C++ will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Android security concepts, permissions, firewall customization, cryptography, and Android Keystore.
• Understanding of automotive cybersecurity methodologies and security requirements.
• Experience in Android Automotive / Automotive Infotainment (IVI) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
