Job summary

Crisil in Pune seeks an experienced Loan Operations leader to manage loan disbursement, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee structured finance transactions including loan syndications and corporate lending.

You will drive process improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and strengthen risk controls, while leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex loan servicing, collections, and recoveries.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of experience in Loan Operations or Structured Finance within an investment bank or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Lending principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale loan portfolios with multiple stakeholders involved.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
