Job summary

Crisil is seeking a Lead Analyst to oversee Commercial Lending Operations for CRE, construction and C&I loan servicing. You will manage an analyst team, act as the primary escalation point for the US-based bank's operations, and drive delivery, quality and governance of all engagements.

You will own capacity planning, KPI/KRI reporting, and lead initiatives to automate processes, improve controls, and ensure business continuity across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in commercial lending operations, including at least 3 years leading a team
• Strong understanding of CRE, construction and C&I loan servicing and controls, with familiarity with LaserPro, Built and Capital Stream
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and delivery for US or global banks
• Degree in finance, commerce or a related field; MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent preferred
• Strong judgment, communication and people leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across CRE, construction and C&I workstreams: work allocation, SLAs, quality and productivity
