Job summary

CRISIL Ltd seeks a Lead Analyst for Commercial Lending Operations to oversee end-to-end delivery, quality, and governance for a US-based bank. You will manage the analyst team, serve as the primary escalation point for the bank, and drive day-to-day engagement.

You will lead CRE, construction and C&I workstreams, ensuring SLAs are met, processes are standardized, and regulatory readiness is maintained. Strong leadership and frontline stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lending operations and strong understanding of CRE, construction and C&I loan servicing.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver for US or global banks.
• MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across CRE, construction and C&I workstreams: work allocation, SLAs, quality and productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for the bank's operations and business stakeholders.
• Own KPI and KRI reporting, and run governance and status forums.
• Plan capacity, forecast volumes and manage resourcing, onboarding and performance.
• Oversee control adherence, audit and regulatory readiness, and resolution of complex exceptions.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardization of procedures across workstreams.
• Manage knowledge transfer, backup arrangements and business continuity.
• Coach Senior Analysts and Analysts and ensure consistent working standards.
