Job summary

NeuIQ, Mumbai-based AI services partner, is seeking a Lead - AI Delivery Enablement to ensure the Data & AI Practice runs with delivery discipline and staffing on time.

You will oversee capacity, hiring coordination, governance, and project visibility, partnering with HR, Finance, and Ops to keep initiatives on track and aligned with client outcomes. You'll lead weekly dashboards and drive initiatives across the entire delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong practice coordination, PMO, or delivery enablement experience in Data, AI, Analytics, or Technology environments.
• Experience in workforce planning, hiring coordination, and project visibility.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and issue-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a single view of practice capacity across people, skills, allocations, availability, and utilization.
• Drive weekly deployment planning and address bench, over-allocation, backfills, and upcoming demand.
• Translate project pipeline into hiring requirements and coordinate closely with HR and recruitment on open roles, interviews, offers, and joiners.
• Ensure new hires are deployment-ready with clear allocation plans, system readiness, and onboarding closure.
• Drive monthly invoicing readiness by validating billing inputs, timesheets, project commercials, and revenue tracking.
• Monitor budgets, unbilled revenue, contract renewals, and commercial leakage; coordinate with Finance on corrections and closures.
• Maintain a consolidated view of active projects, including RAG, milestones, slippages, dependency risks, and closure timelines.
• Ensure new projects are set up correctly with codes, access, folders, and governance structures in place.
• Track compliance with mandatory governance, audit, documentation, and project control requirements.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across HR, Finance, IT, Admin, Legal, Procurement, and Workplace teams.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, seating, and workplace readiness for the practice.
• Produce weekly leadership dashboards covering headcount, utilization, open demand, hiring pipeline, project health, invoice status, budget consumption, governance actions, and key risks.

Role overview

The Lead - AI Delivery Enablement ensures the Data & AI Practice runs with execution discipline and delivery readiness. The role drives resource deployment, hiring coordination, commercial hygiene, governance tracking, project visibility, onboarding readiness, and cross-functional follow-through so that teams are staffed on time, projects stay on track, and leadership has clear visibility into risks, decisions, and practice health.
