Job summary

ACG Capsules in Dahanu, Maharashtra, is seeking a Lead - L&D, OD and TM to plan and drive the learning agenda across the site. You will manage the L&D budget, identify training needs for management and plant associates, and coordinate with HODs, external vendors and internal SMEs to deliver programs.

The role emphasizes measuring training effectiveness, supporting OD interventions, and ensuring SOP-compliant L&D activities while handling audits as required. This position is on-site at Dahanu.

Qualifications

• Plan and manage the L&D budget for the financial year.
• Training needs identification for Management and Plant associates per competency framework.
• Prepare training calendar based on IDP and organization-wide requirements.
• Execute training as planned with HODs, external vendors and internal SMEs.
• Measure and ensure effectiveness of training as applicable.
• Plan and execute strengthening activities for the department/unit as per organizational needs.
• Support various OD interventions.
• Ensure L&D compliance per approved SOP.
• Handle internal/external/customer/regulatory audits as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L&D function for Dahanu site and align with corporate HR strategy.
• Coordinate with HODs and external partners to deliver approved training programs.
• Monitor training outcomes and update stakeholders with impact metrics.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ISO/OM standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Continuous Improvement through OD interventions and capability development.

• Plan and execute individual & organisation’s developmental and training needs to build capability of associates and align the learning agenda to overall organisation strategy.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ISO14001-2018 Environment Management System/ISO45001-2018- Occupational Health and Safety, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms

• Preparation of training calendar based on identified IDP's and Organization wide training requirements.
• Execution of training as per plan in coordination with HODs, external vendors and internal SMEs

Talent Management

• Support in the process of identification of TM pool
• Facilitate IDP & Career conversations on a timely basis.
• Plan & execute Functional & Unit OTR
• IDP execution and measuring effectiveness of learning needs of the TM pool.

Capabilities Execution

• Drive org wide Capabilities at the unit level as per the plan received from COE & Corporate HR
• Develop plans for the Unit level Capability programs in the space of OD.
• Business partnering to support unit team.
