Job summary

JobTrade in India is seeking a Laptop Service Technician to diagnose and repair ASUS laptops at customer locations, performing hardware checks and parts replacements. You will travel to client sites and coordinate onsite visits with customers.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on laptop repair experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle warranty and service-related queries while maintaining clear service records.

Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma or equivalent in a technical field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of laptop/computer repair experience.
• Laptop hardware troubleshooting experience required.
• ASUS laptop repair experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair ASUS laptops at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
• Replace faulty components such as LCD panels, keyboards, batteries, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, cooling fans.
• Perform OS installation, driver updates, BIOS updates, and system configuration.
• Handle warranty and service-related complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate service reports and update repair status.
• Follow ASUS service procedures, technical guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct onsite service visits and provide timely technical support.
• Travel to customer locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Salary will depend on experience and technical skills.
