Job summary

VTP Realty is seeking a landscape designer to develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed designs for real estate projects in Pune, India. You will prepare drawings, specifications, and planting plans, and coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design integrity and timely execution.

You will select plant species, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations

Job description

• Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed designs for real estate projects.
• Prepare landscape drawings, specifications, BOQs, and planting plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Review landscape execution to ensure quality, timelines, and design compliance.
• Select suitable plant species, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems.
• Manage landscape consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and maintenance requirements.
