Job summary

Genxhire Services in Mumbai is seeking a Landscape Architect to lead conceptualization and detailed design of large-scale landscape projects.

You will develop master plans, planting schemes, and construction documents, coordinating with architects, MEPs, and clients to ensure design intent.

The role also involves mentoring juniors, overseeing material selection, and ensuring sustainability and local regulations compliance during site implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of landscape projects across luxury residential, villas, commercial developments, and healthcare facilities.
• Develop master plans, planting schemes, hardscape design, and detailed construction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and project managers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Manage design presentations, client coordination, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing technical and creative guidance.
• Oversee material selection, cost estimation, and ensure compliance with sustainability and local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to monitor progress and ensure high-quality landscape implementation.
